Our facility in Upland, CA is a campus of 4 buildings housing our executive/sales department and showroom, linens and laundry, kitchen, party rentals, china, silver and glassware.  Our team goes far beyond catering weddings and special events as well as offering corporate catering services. We have served venues as diverse as Bridges Auditorium Pomona College, The Natural History Museum Los Angeles, Cable Airport Upland, Chaffey Chino Community Center to venues in Orange County.

FRONT OF THE HOUSE PROCEDURES:

GG Staff will be wearing mask, gloves and face shields at all times when interacting with guests

BUFFET SERVICE: 

GG Staff will serve guests with the following procedures:

All buffet tables/set up with additional 6’ table/s in front of existing buffets to keep additional distance

Buffets can upon requests have acrylic shields from the guests and server interaction

Buffet utensils will only be handled by GG staff

Plates and Utensils can be either disposable or China and washed with EPA approved sanitation

Disposable plastic cups or Glassware can be offered and washed with EPA approved sanitation

(1) Antibacterial station/s will be provided per every 100 guests

SIT DOWN MEAL SERVICE:

GG staff will serve guests seated with the following procedures:

As usual, served meals will be served to each guest

Bread and Butter will be served with individually wrapped butter packets/cream will be individual disposable containers

Chilled bottled waters will be placed to each place setting

Coffee or Tea will be served as usual

BEVERAGE STATIONS:

GG will not provide beverage stations to help minimize gatherings

CAKE CUTTING IF APPLICABLE:

GG will cut cake as requested and leave cut pieces of cake at cake table to minimize interaction and allow guests to self-serve if they opt to consume desserts

BAR SERVICE:

GG bartenders will wear masks, gloves and shields

GG to provide plexiglass shields on all bars to help provide barriers between guests and bartenders

Bartenders will use plastic disposable cups

Beer and Wine packages are recommended to minimize handling of Ice, Cups and Condiments

Hard liquor can be offered with client’s requests and handled with minimum interaction

Guests must practice social distance of 6’ while in line.  No more than 5 guests are permitted to be in line at a given time.

Hosted bars are highly suggested at this time to minimize cash transactions

SET UP:

Round dining tables will be set up 6’ apart

60” Rounds will accommodate a maximum of 5-6 guests

66” Rounds will accommodate a maximum of 6–7 guests

72” Rounds will accommodate a maximum of 8–9 guests

Dance floors are not currently offered at this time   

BACK OF THE HOUSE PROCEDURES:

GG staff will wear mask and shields when interacting with staff and clients if/when applicable

GG kitchen staff will spray surface area used for any prepping of foods with antibacterial spray such as Quat Rinse or similar to disinfect any surface area

GG china, glass and silver is washed with EPA approved sanitation chemicals

AT THE CLIENTS REQUEST, SURFACE AREAS CAN BE SPRAYED PRIOR TO GUESTS ARRIVAL FOR ADDITIONAL CONTROL OF BACTERIA

NOTE:  THESE ARE HIGHLY SUGGESTED PRACTICES AND CHANGES CAN BE MADE WITH THE APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE CLIENTS
